To use m7spin's services, you must meet the following requirements. Anyone who does not meet these requirements is not permitted to use this platform.

1.3 Individual Accounts

Each individual player must open only one account at m7spin. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, bonuses may be cancelled and the accounts may be closed.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering at m7spin. Winnings obtained through an account registered with false information will not be eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 Registration and Verification

Players must provide their full name, a valid phone number or email address, and information matching their payment method. m7spin handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials confidential. Players are responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you notice any suspicious access, contact m7spin customer support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

m7spin may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. Players must provide the requested supporting documents; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

Deposits and withdrawals at m7spin can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits must come only from the payment method registered to the player's account. Deposits from a third party's account are not permitted. m7spin may reject deposits that do not match the account details on record.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

m7spin will carry out a formal verification for each withdrawal. After reviewing the requested amount, betting history, and KYC details, the withdrawal will be processed within 1 hour. If suspicious fund movement is detected, the withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation.

3.4 Currency

All amounts are calculated in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). Transaction fees may vary depending on the payment method and are the responsibility of the player.

When accepting any bonus or promotion offered by m7spin, you must comply with the terms set out here. If a bonus is used in a way that does not meet the terms, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, you will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus (balance 50,000 Ks); wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks. Deposit 680,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus (balance 1,180,000 Ks); wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Contribution rates toward the wagering requirement may vary depending on the game type.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

• A player may only claim one promotion at a time
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account
• Bonuses can only be withdrawn from your own account and cannot be transferred to another player
• m7spin may change or discontinue promotions without prior notice

All games offered by m7spin operate on a fair play system. All players must comply with these terms while playing.

5.1 Game Activity

Bets that have already been placed cannot be changed. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, m7spin will review and resolve the matter based on its records.

5.2 Game Rules

Different rules may apply depending on the game type — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, Crash Game. Players must read and understand the game instructions before playing.

5.3 Technical Errors

For any losses or payout changes caused by server errors, software issues, or communication failures, m7spin's announcement will be treated as the final decision.

Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions on the m7spin platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated playing technology
• Playing in a pattern designed solely to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game
• Making transactions suspected of being related to money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the m7spin platform through hacking, phishing, or any other method
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs to obtain incorrect payouts
• Threatening or verbally abusing players, staff, or third parties

m7spin's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players increase their play and deposit amounts, their VIP level will rise accordingly.

7.1 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback rates by VIP level are: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, and Diamond 1.5%. Cashback amounts will be credited as bonus funds and must meet wagering requirements.

7.2 VIP Level Changes

m7spin will regularly review each player's VIP level based on their playing history and transaction activity. A VIP level may be downgraded without prior notice.

• If the player personally requests account closure (under responsible gambling terms)

10.1 Funds in a Closed Account

If an account is closed due to a breach, m7spin may forfeit the funds in that account. If a player believes the closure was unjustified, they may contact customer support.

Players who continue using the platform after updates are published will be considered to have accepted the revised terms. Players must check this page regularly until they receive a notification.
